Lingerie started in 1876. This is the year, that Monsieur GAMICHON
founded his company. He applied the vulcanisation invention to
foundation garments. He also applied the manufacture of elastic fabrics
to corsetry, bringing a certain degree of previously unknown comfort.
In the 21st Century its full speed ahead for Le Groupe Chantelle,
who celebrates the opening of its 75th Darjeeling Boutique and its
latest foreign subsidiaries in Sweden and Japan. With numerous
projects and the pursuit of growth, the Group begins the third
millennium with confidence.
