Bra Sizing Explained
According to research up to 70% of women could be wearing the wrong size of bra. Common signs of not having the correct size bra include the shoulder straps digging in and leaving marks, the back of the bra not quite level with the front, the breasts oozing out of the cups and a small gap between the bra and breastbone. If you are having trouble sizing or finding a bra please send us an email and we may be able to sort out a comfortable and good looking bra for you.Remember that as your body changes your breasts do too. If you have put on weight since your last measurement was taken the chances are that your breasts have increased as well. Check your size on a regular basis to make sure you are wearing the correct size bra.
At the end of the day the best bra size for you is the one that fits best. If you've found a comfortable size that works for you, stick with it, but remember it must offer good support especially if your are a large cup size. Remember that common signs of not having the correct size bra include the shoulder straps digging in and leaving marks, the back of the bra not quite level with the front, the breasts oozing out of the cups and a small gap between the bra and breastbone.

There’s
always the new bra sizing tape measure that’s available direct from
Breast Talk. It’s a lot easier and quicker to use, its colour coded size
measurements are a lot easier to understand and you can order online,
have it delivered to the door within a week and measure yourself in the
comfort of your own home and know immediately what your size is without
all the hassle. The best part is that no matter how much weight you may
lose or gain over the years you can easily re-measure yourself.Click here for the Bra Size Tape Measure

Getting Your Bra Size Measured in Stores
You could go to a store and get measured but it can a bit embarrassing having a woman fiddling with that area of your body, also it could be a case of waiting for an assistant to become available. Not all of us have the time to spare waiting for assistants and then having to try on different bras to find a style and brand that fit.

Online Bra Size Calculator
So what’s next, go online and use a bra size calculator I suppose but, there’s so many of them and they all have different ways of working out our sizes and then you’ll probably have six different sizes to choose from so how will you know which one is your actual size. Its all so confusing and annoying to have to measure yourself and type in all your information, maybe dozens of times, only to find that you have no actual size that goes with the size bra you’ve been wearing for the last year or so!

Trying On Different Size Bras
Maybe you could just go around different shops and try on lots of different bras and maybe that way you’ll find a bra that fits you properly, although that would probably take hours and it would be very tedious. The biggest problem you’d have is that all bra manufacturers have different cut sizes for their fabrics. So you could probably end up trying on every bra from every lingerie company there is.
